Panipuri is one of the most loved snacks across Indian Subcontinent. This is a must in every wedding , this is a ritual and a core memory for everyone from their college days.
And yet there is a lot of negativity associated with this snack, the hygiene, the risk of bad water, the standing on a crowded polluted road to devour this , and people brave all those things in order to still get that experience of a flavor bomb that no other snack can give just as effectively.
However imagine if there were Café like places that served pani puri ? where you sat with your friends, and you got this little box in front of you , that has Puris with batter filled, and small pumps to fill the sweet and salty water, just when you wanted ? so you sit down nicely, and when you want a puri, press a button, and you get a cleanly filled Puri in a small cup cake bowl. No mess, no dirty fingers, and you can consume the pani puri just at your speed, you don’t need to gobble because the server is ready with the next puri.
This perhaps was difficult in earlier days, but with the innovations in robotics automation, this is imminently doable. And we would be free of eating those dry muffins and stale sandwiches in starbucks along with lukewarm coffee, instead we could be gulping healthy fresh couple of Puris and having a nice time.
