Your idea goes live. The team forms.

The concept video is published on Unicorn Factory. Members browse live ideas and opt in — skill contributors, capital backers, and others from the collective. No pitching. No cold outreach. The right people find the right pilots.

Idea owner

Runs the pilot as program manager. Earns 1× units alongside every other contributor. The idea is the starting bet — the PM role is the premium.

Skill contributors + capital backers

Browse ideas and opt in. Skill contributors earn 1× units per milestone. Capital backers earn 1× units proportional to what they commit. All three roles are equal members of the collective.

Pilot planning kicks off. Then the work begins.

Once the team is assembled, the idea owner convenes the group. Objective agreed. Milestones defined. Timeline set. Then the pilot runs — six weeks, real users, an honest answer at the end.

While it runs, the collective is on hand for AI tooling and support.
